[pianotech] O.T. What do you do to keep fit?

I work out with a trainer 2 mornings a week, ride my recumbent bike  
about 12 miles a week, and do a yoga class every other Sunday. Plus  
LOTS of
supplements, protein, and organic fruits and veggies.
