I'm not addressing all the details, nor am I particularly interested in 
discussing them as opinions. Lacking even data, let alone facts, 
opinions are all I have there, so that pretty much decides it for me. My 
suggestion dealt directly with a very basic and very simple approach to 
wasting less time in the tuning process without sacrificing quality. It 
was never intended to answer all the questions, and account for all the 
details, and it never will. Neither will I. You may proceed without me, 
with my blessing, as deeply into it as you wish. I've delivered the 
information I think I'm qualified to pass on as useful and proven. That 
was, and is, my intent. If being reluctant to be sucked into what is 
most likely a bottomless discussion peripheral to the question is sadly 
dismissive, then so be it.
