[pianotech] Young Chang service response for brackets

Hi,
I have a client with the "growing" brackets. I contacted John Chang
and got a standard attachment telling me what to send to get the
brackets. I did that and followed with two more e-mails. No response.
What does it take to get their attention?? It is now about a month
later from the first contact. The client must think I am a flake.
