I completed a bracket job around the holidays and received the brackets in a matter of days from first contact and the payment within a week or so of completion.

This makes it sound like YC is paying you to do the work, in addition to providing you with the brackets. I thought all they were doing is giving the brackets, but the customer had to pay the labor.

Paul, Doug and the rest of Newtonville,
 The post was from me.
The new contact is Sam @ 866-798-6979 ext #137.

I have another one in the pipeline that was approved last Wed. and expect the brackets any day now.
It's no secret that a few years ago there seemed to be a black hole at Y.C. tech services but my recent experience was very positive.

I'd just call (866) 798-6979 and select the prompt for "Acoustic Service" (option 2). If that doesn't work, I have spoken to "the attendant" who I believe was helpful... it's been a while, like before John Chang started there.

Hi,
I have a client with the "growing" brackets. I contacted John Chang
and got a standard attachment telling me what to send to get the
brackets. I did that and followed with two more e-mails. No response.
What does it take to get their attention?? It is now about a month
later from the first contact. The client must think I am a flake.
