Listees, Not enough credit is given on these lists to manufacturers. I’d like to do so now. I recently had a warrantee service to perform for Kawai. Mark Wisner handled the entire affair with professionalism and I was promptly paid when the job was completed. This has NOT been the norm in other situations with other manufacturers.
