Correction, in the instructions posted below you must type ne after userhelpgroup just like on the others (left it out by mistake) so I should have written the following: If there's more than one word in the group name like "User Help Group" then eliminate the spaces, for example: ptg_userhelpgroupne at egroups.ptg.org.
