[pianotech] Upright damper lever adjusting screw?

Lim, the screws in your photo are for fine adjustment of damper lieft 
for each note. They supplement spoon bending, arguably giving a finer 
degree of regulation. They work of course by pushing further out the 
action cloth on the damper tail.
