[pianotech] Possible adaptation for the Tuning Exam

How about a pitch pipe isn't accurate enough.
What is wrong with you using a tuning fork? 
You are just talking about one note, right? The C or the A.
Setting a temperament, is more than one note.
Or, am I misunderstanding, your understanding, of what a temperament is?
