I once had a customer call me to replace some broken key tops.   When I was there she told me that young Bad Johnny had got angry and took a golf club to the piano:  and she said, he sure got in trouble for hurting those golf clubs too.

  Beautiful reply and delivery, Del. Usually when I think of something droll to say it's after the person has left the scene. I'm sure this was much more effective than if you had blown up at the mother or kid.  Chuck
