It shouldn't matter how many pianos you have in the inventory, because you 
can only work on one instrument at a time. Therefore, your shop should be big 
enough for your desk, a couple of work benches, storage cabinets, and a 9' 
grand. My shop/office is about 25' square. Although I have not yet put a 
grand in there, I know there will be enough space to put that 9' grand when 
and if I ever do have to rebuild it.
