I didn't see one that matches that description, so I worked out the offsets

>From C=0
C# -7
D -2
D# -3
E -4
F 1
F# -6
G -1
G# -5
A -3
A# -1
B -5

If you want A=0, just add three cents to all of the above.

It's kindof a Modified Meantone tuning, with the major thirds of F,C,G,D and
A all at 9.7 cents from pure. Then ascending to C# at 21.6 cents from pure
- descending again to F. Perfectly symmetrical. All fifths either pure, or
three cents from pure as per instructions.

I've been asked to tune an unequal temperament that has been
described as follows:

There are 4 pure fifths

DFLAT- AFLAT
AFLAT-EFLAT
EFLAT-BFLAT
BFLAT – F

All the other fifths are narrow by -1.6 beats

Does anyone recognize this temperament? It would be nice to have a
name for it and find out more information about the rest of the
temperament from the various temperament web sites devoted to
temperament descriptions.
