[CAUT] well tempered / Which Bach ?

Hi Folks... I must confess myself a bit confused here. These two sets of 
offsets are given by Jon Page and Ed Foote respectively and both cite 
the Bach temperment as the root.  Different articles by different folks 
are used as source material.  Looks to me like rather large differences 
here...

Anyone care to clear this up for me ?

I use these offsets and tune with my normal stretch on the VT:
