 ... One of my customers can not find happiness with her K52, the lower 2 tenor
dampers seem to bleed regardless of the regulation.  I will be replacing the
felts in the next week or so. 
 

Try adding a little mass to the system. Stronger springs generally won't help.
And if they are regulated, they are regulated. The problem is that they are
simply not massive to dampen the higher partials.
