[CAUT] ET vs UET was RE: using as ETD

Hi-

I need to catch up with the whole conversation here, but can't resist
quickly throwing out the (pointless) observation that every one of
Prokofiev's Piano Sonatas were written in what we might call meantone keys.
Possible exception being #1 in f minor, but then we have d minor, a minor, c
minor, C major, A major, Bb major, b flat minor, C major, and e minor.
