[CAUT] damper return noise/una corda

Oinking dampers, right?   I get the same problem.   Do you have Steve Brady's book?   Kathy Smith has an little article about how she fixes the problem...I have not tried it, but you use the old fashion capstan wrench with the fat tip and the on the other end is the V shape with notches for different sized square capstans.   Apparently she pushes up right in the middles of the tri-chord damper with fat end...not point but entire thing.   What it does I don't know...read the article...great book, worth having.
