Hi Bob Ok now its becoming clearer. If the standard center pin ht. was set at 145 mm on bass note 1 the bore would be 57 mm .But the bass bore on hammer 20 would be a whopping 60 mm. On note 88 .... 192m string ht. is quite usual. 194 or 195 is fairly common in the aggrafe section. Seems like you've done the best to mitigate the problem. Is it under warranty?No?...
