Seeking help with concert piano user contract.

The VT Symphony has been storing they're concert grand at the local
arts center (Flynn Theatre) in Burlington. The theatre uses the piano
for many performances throughout the year.
This year they asked me if I could give them suggestions for writing a
use contract, establishing policy governing its care, storage, tuning
and maintenence.
A while back I saw a policy letter from someone on this list. I tried
to access it but I was going through a software change and lost it. If
this could be posted again by the author or anyone who copied it, I
would appreciate if it could be E-mailed to me directly.
