Bill; Why not use a regular air blow gun, extend the tip or put a flexible hose on the outlet side, and attach it to the press in some fashion. You could then put a cam on the rotating member of the drill press arm that would depress the lever of the air gun each time the chuck went up or down. By adjusting the size and shape of the cam you could determine; 1. when the puff came 2. how strong it was 3. how long it lasted. It might take a little time to set up but the blow guns are cheap, the cam could be some hard wood. and the maintenance should be nil. Sounds logical(?) enough to me, but I've never tried it. If it works, you can patent it, and donate 112% of the profit to the PTG Foundation. Jim Bryant (FL)
