Customer in Incline, CA

I have a customer with a brand new Steinway D, just moved into
his home in Incline, Nevada.  Lake Tahoe Area/Nevada.  He will
be needing a technician in that area.  Referrals?  By the way this fellow,
who is a captain/pilot with United Airlines and soon to be
forced into retirement because of age requirement, traded in his
Mason and Hamilin, BB towards the Steinway.  He was having real
problems letting go of his piano of 16 years until I informed
him it was Aeolian made, and at least 6 hammer felts were coming
loose from their moldings.  I told him it has a great bass and
that was probably what made him buy the piano.  He said Yep!  He
now is quite happy to have gotten rid of the piano "just in
time!"  These are the green colored hammers I mentioned just the
other day...
