double flanges

Dear pianotech,

Does anyone know what year Steinway discontinued the use of the double
flanges that mounted both the damper levers and the hammer butts, please?

Mr. Dove from Steinway suggested in the twenties before the introduction of
the Pratt-Reed action in Steinway uprights.  Other than that, no other
information could be provided by him.

I know of one dated 1908 that has these flanges.  Anyone else with a newer one?
