Eliot,

I've been using Now contact and Now up to date as a combined datebook/client
list. They are linked and have limited customizing features. Enough to work
for my business. Contact has and open window for each entry(client) that
records all contact(appt.) info. I've customized the data entry to include
piano make/model/serial#; as well as last and next tuning dates. The only
drawback is that you get only one piano per entry; so multiple pianos to one
customer is a bit of a work around. It is easy to get up and running. There
are more involved contact managers out there but this one is relatively cheap
and easy to learn.
