They are linked and have limited customizing features. Enough to work for my business. Contact has and open window for each entry(client) that records all contact(appt.) info. I've customized the data entry to include piano make/model/serial#; as well as last and next tuning dates. The only drawback is that you get only one piano per entry; so multiple pianos to one customer is a bit of a work around. It is easy to get up and running. There are more involved contact managers out there but this one is relatively cheap and easy to learn. Stewart Freedman
