Rail Flex

Test procedure:
Press downwards on rail and observe hammer movement.
Sections tested:
Bass and tenor sections due to similar lengths.

In order of higher flexing:

TAR  		S&S M
Aluminium  	Yamaha C3
Wooden	Knabe (old)

For what it is worth, the wooden rail provided the most rigid support.

Later this week I will be setting up a M&H BB and will add that result to
this.

One is to presume then, that flexing is a desireable feature to have in the 
system.
