Yamaha 5'2" grand

Hi all,

I normally don't appraise pianos.  But, is there anyone who knows, what the
going price for a 10 year old Yamaha 5'2" grand is going for?  The piano is in
very exceptional condition (for a 5'2" that is).  Also, is there a kind of
"Blue book" available so I don't have to ask mundane questions like this.
