Expletives aside about that teacher .... Some questions to consider: 1] Who's paying for all of the tunings? (Individual customers?) 2] Who's setting up the schedule? (You?) 3] Who's handling all of the administrative details after each job? (You?) 4] Where are all of these pianos? (All over the place?) If you've answered *yes* to anything in the ()s, then collect your full fees for each piano tuned. Afterall, the effort you're putting into this would be the same as if the teacher had not been involved. That's why such a teacher (or anyone else) has no business expecting a group discount. If the resulting customers say that you were referred by the teacher, then you might offer a token amount to the teacher for each referral after each tuning is done and paid for.
