Of course this is technical.  How much does moving a piano affect the
tuning?  Is structural integrity a factor?  How do we 'tune the
customer' when this comes up?  Should we compromise the quality of our
work or charge extra?

I would have explained that the tuning might change very slightly -
probably not enough to notice.  Let's keep it out of the direct sunlight
and away from the heating ducts.
