Hi Bob,
            I have a bill in front of me for Understring felt.
.038"  $71.95 per ft.
.054"  $82.95 per ft
.065"  $98.65 per ft
Sorry I was wrong, it was a little more than $250. per yard on average.

No Calalogue's seems to mention PILLOW felt.  
Unless you are refering to the lower density name board felt, in sheet form, I
have never heard the term before.  
Both Steinway and Yamaha list stringing cloth or felt. 
One supplier suggested I try Sears.
