For those who have scheduled someone else, most likely, they are shopping 
around, and are probably looking for the cheapest rates in town. So you might 
want those any way. 

One thing that might help is to mention on your voice mail message what time 
you return messages. Set a time every day to do that, either in the evening 
or first thing in the morning. You can also say that you will be in your 
office at specific times if someone wants to get a hold of you. (Of course 
you'll have to make sure you do call people back, or that you will be in your 
office at those hours.)
