I think that is because Steinway hasn't done it. If Steinway hasn't done it,
no marketing department of any American piano manufacturer (well, almost
none Del) will permit it. When Steinway has done it, then it will be OK to
do it. That's how these important decisions are made. Got a problem with
that! ;-)
