In February of 1999 it cost $36.75 ppd   1 lb can
In April 0f 1999 is cost $53.85 ppd  1 lb can

The increase was due mostly to the federal gov. imposing a $15.00
'hazardous material' shipping surcharge.


For the pinblock/flange redundancy fill I use MarineTex for its high 
compression strength.
