Neither Schaff, American or Pianotek list it in their > You could use some of the material Schaff sells as "String Cover Felt". It is a nice quality material, 70% wool and 30% cotton. The catalog number is 29M (the "M" is for "Maroon"). It is a dark maroon color. It is sold by the yard, which is more than you would need unless you went ahead and ordered 2 yards of it with the intention that you would supply a string cover that matched the understring felt. Then you could cut out your string cover from the big rectangular piece and make your understring felt from the remnants. I think you could also order just a half yard of it.
