not to me..

I USE to have the same problem with a piano of a different make..mine being
a Kawai GE-1.

You suggested modifying the action for less power...do it (let-off)..and
after you're done, lower the hammerline just a tad.

Also, I suggest you check the Damper tray flanges..you may have a "damper
pedal time keeper" on your hands.

it worked for me.
