   try looking into the lubricating bottles for bridgeport milling machines
or similar stuff. even the oilers for model
  trains may work for you.I work in a machine shop and have seen some of
these bottles but I can`t tell you where to look just off the top of my
head,but I will look when I get to work tomorrow.

I use veterinary syringes (canine and equine) for applying any and all sorts
of liquids and glues. They are relatively cheap( $0.35).You can control the
flow nicely and get into small spaces easily.
