Greetings, What a drag. Songwriter's piano, a 1970 Bluthner. The action brackets have expanded and there is no way to regulate the action. The hammer tails are catching on the rest rail across the three middle sections, and the jack tails and drop screws are barely touching the edges of their pads. The two choices are to elongate the hammer rail holes and close the spread that way, or to replace the brackets. Anybody ever replace brackets in a Bluthner? Are the models still current? Wondering, Ed Foote RPT
