Terry, List,

As I understand it, Yamaha has a policy on the length of time to administer
the warranty tuning and service bond procedure.  Her request would not be
unreasonable if it fell within these boundaries regardless of her reasons.

Knowing this policy would be in the best interest of all concerned.
