All the epoxy in the world will not give this piano more tone. Don't waste
your time
filling the cracks, nothing will come of it except to fill your pockets
with the customer's money.

If the bass is dead, look for the reason: loose ribs, loose board on the
rim, loose bridge cap/body,
bearing, bad strings, dead board. Cracks in the board do not cause a dead
bass. If there is loose
board, glue it back down, that will have an affect on the tone. don't
bother with the cracks.

I have filled the cracks with epoxy while restringing for cosmetic reasons.
The piano sounded better
because of the new strings, not the filled cracks.
