Bob Ditto. Have tried a vareity of tricks but the circle works for me. I've also gone to the trouble of pre-fitting all the flage screws just as in the final installation before I mark the circles so nothing left to chance. I drill for no. one pins and use a 1/4"brad point which really helps with accuracy. Aim for the middle of the hole!
