The Verituner is, according to my recent experiences with it, the very best tuning machine because : a. it measures 'real time' all tones and not just the a's. That is VERY important. b. if you store a tuning, the verituner recalculates that same tuning everytime you download it again from the files. While using an already made tuning, the Verituner adjusts to new data, for instance because of slight changes in the piano (hammers, voicing etc) c. it means that the Verituner upgrades every tuning, stored in the files, time and again. That is on of the > real < treasures. d. The Verituner has a nice and easy to read display with 2 backlights and the battery lasts a long long time. e. The Verituner has most of the gadgets that other high tech machines have. f. Backup with the makers is very efficient and updates can be downloaded from the internet. g. There is a Verituner e-mail forum for users where each subscriber can post remarks or questions, which will be answered promptly. friendly greetings from Antares, Amsterdam, Holland "where music is, no harm can be" > From: HazenBannister@cs.com > Reply-To: pianotech@ptg.org > Date: Fri, 31 Aug 2001 23:49:36 EDT > To: pianotech@ptg.org > Subject: (no subject) > > My name is Hazen Bannister(www.Bannisterpiano.com),and I'm looking for > information on the verituner, versus the accutuner.
