I have a customer with a 20 y/o Kawai console. The buckskin is 'pilling', shredding, lifting off in fibrous gloms like cotton candy. This is causing the jacks to not reset and poor check-in. I need a can of "Buck Stop" or something. Oh the dreaded job of recovering. Where's my magic wand when I need it...
