Hi, Regarding "false" beats. A string is only "false" if the terminations are good and it still produces 2 sets of partials. In this case change the string(s). If the termination is incorrect then it is a "false" termination, and changing the string will not change the problem. If the bridge pin is loose the termination is again false.
