Maybe they are doing a little take-off from Yamaha. Every Steinway not rebuilt in the NY Steinway factory is grey market. Sorry, no parts. 

After all, if it doesn't have 384,987 Steinway parts, it is not a Steinway......er, a, and if it is not rebuilt by certified Steinway day labor, it is not a Steinway!
