Sizing the Balance Rail Hole/Roger's suggestion

Roger,
Your idea has merit, except for one small detail. It is predicated on the
premise that all of the balance rail pins are the same size. If you would
take micrometer readings of just one set of balance rail pins, (all of
them), you will find that there really is a disparity of size(s). I prefer
to size for each pin. But, that's just me.
