Thank you, Jim, for going through a step by step proceedure explaining how 
your time can be "eaten up" doing mundane things, like talking to the UPS 
man, etc. As you said, you were being very conservative. 

Charging twice what the product is worth is only the beginning. There are 
techs out there charging whole sale prices for the product they're putting in 
a piano, and then only charging barely minimum wage to do the work. It's not 
that they are doing bad work. But they just haven't figured out how to make 
money in this business. And it is giving the rest of us a bad name.
