Pinblock Drilling Centering

It's a little over half way between the 3 ply and the 49 ply blocks. Not a 
marshmallow, not a rock, but closer to the rock. I'd like it better if it 
was one click down on the density scale, but it's as close as I can get to 
what I want without making my own.
