Knight key pins

Hi all, I looked at a very nice Knight upright that had an 
unfortunate encounter with a leaky roof. The lower third of the 
keyboard got wet with predictably bad results for bushings, key 
buttons, puchings etc. My problem is the pins. I'd like to replace 
them as they show rust where the wet cloth sat on them until I got 
there, but they are odd sizes, .104 front and .137 balance. Anyone 
have a source fo these? I already asked the English suppliers, they 
have a balance size that is close but nothing as small as these front 
pins.
