Rich A lower-tech, but still quite clean way to do it is with a very long, sharp butcher knife. Pull the foam slightly apart as you cut. Long, vertical strokes. Better than a boxing knife, in my experience, as the tip of the blade pricks the foam. Peace, Sarah
