I was just thinking that the initial installation is where the problem is. Once a screw has been successfully run into the hole, threads are formed, and it should go back in much more easily the second time. Typically, I can get a new screw in Delignit in one shot without any pre-threading just by sizing the pilot appropriately and a little wax for lubrication. It just occurred to me that pdf might help. Looks like I'll have to try it and see.
