Tech friendly? Here are three questions for you. 1: How many times in the 
next fifty years do you envision having to pull a damper lever without 
taking the whole assembly out? 2: Are the new screws going to be oriented 
so that you can? 3: With nothing in the flange and rail profile maintaining 
flange alignment (unless they're glued) what will keep the levers aligned 
when the screws loosen from humidity swings, and can you tighten the screws 
in place without removing the whole assembly?
