upright voicing procedure

How expensive is the "ring voicer" and who sells it? I know the other one is
about $250- too rich for my blood.    One could easily make a ring type
voicer out of delignit.......

There are a few tools which allow needling the underside of upright piano
hammers with the action installed. Two specialized tools are pictured below.
One is the "Orca" single needle voicer. It has the needle mounted in a
sphere which can be fixed so the the needle points in almost any direction.
The other is a ring voicing tool which can be held between fingers or worn
like a ring.
