Problems with new Steinways

Dale,
Yes.  Sounds like a new B I recently encountered.  Had to fix the 
dampers before I could tuned it.  Played like an overloaded Mack 
truck.  Seems that when Steinway passed finishing pianos to dealers 
they made themselves vulnerable to this.
