Ethics Question on Loose Pins

The dealer hasn't contacted the customer because they're waiting for the
customer to contact them. They know that most customers rarely play their
pianos and/or don't know when they're out of tune anyway. I would just tell
the customer to contact the dealer and say the piano doesn't hold a tune,
and he thinks the tuning pins are loose. Tell the customer to hire another
tuner to check it out, and use his name instead. That way, the dealer won't
blame you.
